I’m a licensed therapist and depth-oriented coach committed to helping people return to what’s real—especially when life has gone quiet, off-course, or numb. I help people navigate inner thresholds and outer change by returning to presence first—so that whatever they build next is rooted in clarity, direction, and soul.

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all strategies or keep you circling in therapy for years.

I hold a Master's in Counseling from SMU and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. My training includes EMDR, emotionally focused therapy, systemic therapy, somatic modalities, and spiritual integration work. I’ve led teams treating complex family systems through addiction, dual diagnosis, and trauma recovery—and supported clients in office, at home, and in experiential settings.

Now I blend that foundation with a clear, presence-based method of support that respects your sovereignty while creating real structure and momentum.
