with clients who actually respect and value you.
Here’s how simple this is:
We have a consult call,
We determine if we're mutually the right fit, and
You set your own price for working with me.
You’ll leave that first call with real, actionable next steps to move forward — whether we work together or not.
No gimmicks. No sales scripts. No “six-figure promise.”
Just real guidance, tailored to you, until your practice works.
I’ll walk you through the entire process — guided, done-with-you, or done-for-you as wanted.
We will build you up in only the areas you actually need, including:
No package. No tricks. Just direct support until you’re there.
The truth? This work gets overwhelming.
You’ll hit walls, lose steam, and get pulled off track. That’s normal.
That’s why we work together over time — so you move forward faster, steadier, and without quitting halfway. If you need more space between sessions, we’ll make more space. If you want to pause, we'll pause. However we progress, you’ll always have next steps and a next session to keep you accountable.
When I first stepped out on my own, I was terrified.
My mentor saw what I was capable of before I did — and pushed me to start. But the truth is, I was so anxious about money that I couldn’t even bring myself to charge for therapy at first.
So I did odd handyman jobs. I needed to face my fear of asking for payment, even in work that had nothing to do with counseling. I busted my ass, undercharging and overworking, just to break the cycle of apologizing for what I was worth.
Eventually I said “f*** it.” I built a barebones website, started reaching out to everyone I knew, and offered to meet up. At the end of each conversation, I asked if they knew anyone who might benefit.
I did that for three months while I built the vision, experimented with ads, refined my directory profiles, and learned to stop hiding behind “safe” professional language.
Then it shifted. Clients started coming. My rate moved from $75 → $150 → $200 → $225. I learned how to know when to raise rates, when to offer sliding scale (and when not to), how to take insurance the easy way — and how to build without it.
Most importantly, I learned how to lead in a way where:
No more endless self-doubt. No more confusion about whether clients even valued the work. Now I run a practice that sustains me, inspires me, and draws in people who truly respect what I do.
And that’s what I want for you. But faster.
No. We meet as long as it’s useful.
No. This is for counselors who are serious about building a practice that actually works.
You will. That’s why I’m here.
That’s normal. This process gets messy. That’s why we do it together — faster, steadier, and with support when you hit walls.
This won’t always be available.
At some point this work will fill up, evolve, and look different. When that happens:
Right now, you have direct access. And you set your own price.
