You don’t need more advice.
You don’t need another list of tools to manage what you’re feeling.
You’ve already tried—maybe harder than anyone realizes.
You’ve held it together.
Quietly. Competently. Sometimes beautifully on the outside.
While inside, your system keeps scanning… bracing… rehearsing… tightening—
even when your mind understands what’s happening.
For some, this has looked like “high-functioning” anxiety—
getting through the day while privately carrying the weight of it.
For others, it’s the intensity of panic, obsessive loops, rumination, or the kind of overwhelm
that makes even simple decisions feel like too much.
Wherever you find yourself on that spectrum, the thread is the same:
you don’t have to do this alone—
and support doesn’t have to stop at symptom management.
Somewhere along the way, anxiety became a private job.
Something you’ve been handling in the dark.
This group is a small room where we bring it into the light—
not to perform healing,
but to practice steadiness… together.
To learn what regulation feels like in real time, with real people present,
and to build integration that actually transfers to your life.
There is a way back to center.
Not all at once.
But steadily.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about returning.
Returning to clarity, direction, and the truth that you are still here.
Even now.
I won’t rush you. I won’t pathologize you.
But I will lead the process—
and I will tell the truth as we go.
If you’re ready, we begin from exactly where you are.

You don’t need to have this figured out.
You just need to be willing to begin from where you are.
Sessions are steady, structured, and deeply attuned.
We listen to what’s happening under the surface—not just what’s being said.
This is therapist-led group therapy, not peer-led drop-in support.
There’s a clear container, clear pacing, and a focus on real-life integration—
so what happens in group doesn’t stay in theory.
Depending on what’s present, I may bring in somatic work, mindfulness, experiential practices, and EMDR-informed support—
always in service of what’s alive in the moment.
My approach is trauma-informed, but not trauma-obsessed—
meaning we honor your history without getting you stuck inside it.
This isn’t group therapy that only manages symptoms.
It’s group work that meets what’s real and helps it move.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right level of care, the fit consult can help clarify next steps.
