This is a container for masculine growth, honesty, and brotherhood.
A man becomes himself through contact — with truth, with discomfort, with other men who are willing to stand in their lives and not turn away.
Without that contact, men drift into isolation, stagnation, or self-doubt.
With it, something steadier emerges: clarity, responsibility, grounded strength, and the ability to lead in relationships and in life.
This group is a place for that kind of contact.
This group exists for men who are ready for more:
more integrity, more clarity, more self-leadership, more capacity, and more connection.
This is a space to:
This is not therapy in a circle.
It’s not hype or performance.
And it’s not a place to hide.
This is a place to grow.
Men who want to:
This is also a space where men grow in how they show up for:
All backgrounds, orientations, and personalities are welcome.
You do not need to be “a certain kind of man” to belong here.
You just need to show up as yourself — and be willing to grow.
Weekly 90-minute sessions include:
Most meetings are held virtually for accessibility, consistency, and sustainability.
Occasional in-person gatherings offer a deeper embodied experience — strongly encouraged when available, but not required.
Most men’s groups fall into one of two categories:
This group sits in a third lane.
A clinician-led integration group—rooted in emotional strength, relational clarity, accountability, and grounded leadership. Not therapy. Not a loose support circle. A structured, experiential space where men grow in how they lead their relationships, communicate under pressure, navigate conflict, connect with purpose, and build real brotherhood.
If you’ve been wanting something deeper, more directed, and more alive—you’re in the right place.
Your first two meetings are an opportunity to experience the container, meet the men, and feel whether this work resonates.
If you join after the fit sessions, you commit to six consecutive weekly sessions.
If you have a genuinely good, integrity-aligned reason to miss a week, that’s honored.
This commitment builds trust, steadiness, and continuity — for you and for the brotherhood.
After your six-session commitment, you’re welcome to continue as long as the work feels aligned.
Consistent attendance is the standard here.
Life happens, and integrity-based absences are understood — and the rhythm of weekly presence is core to creating sustained transformation.
What is shared in the group stays in the group.
You’re free to speak outside about your own process, but never another man’s story.
Men are welcome to connect outside sessions.
And if something that happens outside begins affecting the container — positively or negatively — we bring it back in and work with it together.
This is not about “fixing yourself.”
It’s about leading yourself.
It’s about:
This group is a forge — not a formula.
If you’re interested:
Each man enters at the right time for him.
If you’re feeling the pull, that’s worth paying attention to.
